Flying Blind | Russia Blocks U.S. from Treaty-Approved Spy Flights

America needs at least 100M of its own dead in Tri Lateral thinking. So now, it's positioning in case.

Russia is breaking free of Cabal control, and winning.

A real sign of just how quickly relationships are deteriorating and to what end, is debatable. No one wins in confrontation except the Bankers, who want population reduction fast. One might think about what weapons tests are occurring without revealing the true state of affairs to test what is possible, as all parties are not without teeth. But what is clear, is Russia saying the gloves are coming off and the US is probing.

How few sites are aware and questioning reality now?

Are people really so stupid? Sadly Yes, and worse.

So where will it end? Whose life, yours?

The Russian government this week canceled a planned U.S. surveillance flight over Russian territory in a bid to limit spying on massed troops facing off against Ukraine and Eastern Europe, according to U.S. officials.

The overflight mission was scheduled for April 14 to April 16 under the 1992 Open Skies Treaty, but Russia’s government notified the State Department 72 hours before the scheduled flight that it would not be permitted.

The cancelation is unusual because the sole reason for putting off such treaty-approve surveillance is flight safety, such as bad weather.

Until this week, the United States and other European allies who are a party to the 34-nation treaty were conducting weekly overflights above Russia during the past month.

18 Stats That Prove That Government Dependence Has Reached Epidemic Levels

As we keep stating clearly, America has long since run out of money to be able to pay for any of these issues. If ALL Welfare was stopped today, America still could not balance the books.

Where do the needy and desperate think these funds come from bar fraud?

If the US collapses, as Russia did, how will at least 200M eat?

America now has at least 100M who frankly serve no purpose other than keeping the check out tills at Walmart going.

Working Tax Payers have to say no more soon. America IS Broken and the Autocracy interested only in Profit will NOT fix it.

Maybe they figure that a war with Russia and 100M America dead will help sort the Useless Eater problem.

No one in Government thinks of, or gives a damn about, Welfare victims. All think it's their right. Paid for by who?

There IS NO MORE MONEY LEFT! How much longer before the Musical Chairs of Welfare stop?

Its all - UNSUSTAINABLE! What then?

So Yes, a War makes a lot of economic sense and culls the herd. It's building and it's nasty. It need not be, but who will lead?

The American Dream
By Michael Snyder

Did you know that the number of Americans getting benefits from the federal government each month exceeds the number of full-time workers in the private sector by more than 60 million? In other words, the number of people that are taking money out of the system is far greater than the number of people that are putting money into the system. And did you know that nearly 70 percent of all of the money that the federal government spends goes toward entitlement and welfare programs? When it comes to the transfer of wealth, nobody does it on a grander scale than the U.S. government. Most of what the government does involves taking money from some people and giving it to other people. In fact, at this point that is the primary function of the federal government.

Just check out the chart above. It comes from the Heritage Foundation, and it shows that 69 percent of all federal money is spent either on entitlements or on welfare programs.

So when people tell you that the main reason why we are being taxed into oblivion is so that we can “build roads” and provide “public services”, they are lying to you. The main reason why the government taxes you so much is so that they can take your money and give it to someone else.

Barack Obama Tells Lie After Lie After Lie – Here’s A Brief List Of His Most Recent Whoppers…

Hell, make it easy, when does this Chicago Con Man, elected by FRAUD, ever not lie?

The Ulsterman Report
By Ulsterman
18 April 2014

A recent national poll indicated most Americans believe Barack Obama lies to them – a LOT. When the man marches out and reads the following spin from his teleprompter, (knowing the Mainstream Media won’t question him), is it any wonder why more and more people both home and abroad view this president with such shrugging shoulders indifference? He has become a walking talking caricature of nearly every negative political cliché. At any rate, here’s a brief list of the president’s most recent whoppers as they relate to his disastrous Obamacare legislation:

“A vast percentage of Americans are now, for the first time, getting health insurance.”

Really Mr. President? A “vast percentage”? Your own dubious number of sign ups is now at eight million. The United States has a population of over 312 million people. That means less than five percent, which is hardly a “vast percentage of Americans”, right?

This lie is even greater when you count the number of that alleged eight million are likely millions who were kicked off their old health insurance by the Obamacare mandates, and forced to then try to get insurance through the very program that kicked them off in the first place! That means that the actual “new” numbers of people getting health insurance through Obamacare could very well be just one or two percent of the total population.

World Bank wants water privatized, despite risks

Water is the most basic building block of all life. Own that, they own you. You don't pay, you die. Nice one?

And since when have private interests considered existing as non profits. Water is a basic right to all people, not just the rich, the poor bleed equally as well. High time to push water availability being the domain of local public government agencies or local not profit corporations free from political influence and globalization.

  • Efforts endanger access to and pricing of life’s most precious resource

Aljazeera America

17 April 2014

Humans can survive weeks without food, but only days without water — in some conditions, only hours. It may sound clichéd, but it’s no hyperbole: Water is life. So what happens when private companies control the spigot? Evidence from water privatization projects around the world paints a pretty clear picture — public health is at stake.

In the run-up to its annual spring meeting this month, the World Bank Group, which offers loans, advice and other resources to developing countries, held four days of dialogues in Washington, D.C. Civil society groups from around the world and World Bank Group staff convened to discuss many topics. Water was high on the list.

It’s hard to think of a more important topic. We face a global water crisis, made worse by the warming temperatures of climate change. A quarter of the world’s people don’t have sufficient access to clean drinking water, and more people die every year from waterborne illnesses — such as cholera and typhoid fever — than from all forms of violence, including war, combined. Every hour, the United Nations estimates, 240 babies die from unsafe water.

The World Bank Group pushes privatization as a key solution to the water crisis. It is the largest funder of water management in the developing world, with loans and financing channeled through the group’s International Finance Corporation (IFC). Since the 1980s, the IFC has been promoting these water projects as part of a broader set of privatization policies, with loans and financing tied to enacting austerity measures designed to shrink the state, from the telecom industry to water utilities.

Russia writes off 90 percent of North Korea debt, eyes gas pipeline

So, now Russia makes another smart move to distance itself away from US autocracy via Korea.

Why not, they cannot pay anyway; a shrewd move that will cause trade and therefore stability while making money from a new gas customer, South Korea. Only problem is, one day North Korea maybe another Ukraine, a pipeline hog. In the meantime, they will be a protectorate of Russia. One imagines the US will be there to promise soon. And even China has missed the importance of this move, as the scramble is on for influence in Asia.

Russia's parliament has agreed to write off almost $10 billion of North Korea's Soviet-era debt, in a deal expected to facilitate the building of a gas pipeline to South Korea across the reclusive state.

Russia has written off debts to a number of impoverished Soviet-era allies, including Cuba. North Korea's struggling communist economy is just 2 percent of the size of neighbouring South Korea's.

The State Duma lower house on Friday ratified a 2012 agreement to write off the bulk of North Korea's debt. It said the total debt stood at $10.96 billion as of Sept. 17, 2012.

The rest of the debt, $1.09 billion, would be redeemed during the next 20 years, to be paid in equal instalments every six months. The outstanding debt owed by North Korea will be managed by Russia's state development bank, Vnesheconombank.

On April 8, 2014, Swedish combat forces stormed the HQ of German submarine builder Thyssen’s offices in Sweden and walked away with blueprints for the next generation submarine A26.

Immediately after the event, the head of security at Thyssen was fired.

Aside one or two initial reports about what in effect was an armed robbery, a blanket of silence has been put over the affair in Sweden.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, a retired Swedish Rear Admiral from deep within the bowels of Sweden’s “deep state” the Swedish Defence Material Administration, visited an Australian think-tank conference and made a brief statement including a mystifying reference to Free Masonic symbol Phoenix Bird.

'Baffling' Swedish raid on German sub makers

The Local
15 April 2014

After the Swedish military raided the Malmö premises of German defence giant Thyssen Krupp, a military expert tells The Local why recent Russian aggression means Sweden's Saab needs to take control of national submarine production.

Tensions between Sweden and the German company Thyssen Krupp Marine Systems (TKMS) took a surprising turn last Tuesday when the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration carried out a raid on the Malmö shipyard belonging to Kockums, Thyssen Krupp's Swedish subsidiary.

The decisive move has left military experts baffled, with one claiming he has never seen anything like it.

"This is very strange, very unusual," Gunnar Hult, a professor at Sweden's National Defence College, told The Local on Tuesday.

CIA director in Kiev searching for missing mercenaries

Unspoken casualties of miscalculation of a silent war. Help, we have lost 20 of our ruthless, hired, callous, vicious, Killers. Please Mr Putin, will you give them back? Pigs will? Yet another Cabal SNAFU!

Voltaire Network
16 April 2014

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov revealed that CIA director John Brennan was in Kiev last weekend. One of his advisors told the newspaper Vzgliad that Brennan had not come to oversee the "anti-terrorist" operations conducted by the Ukrainian authorities, but to seek information and rescue twenty Greystone Ltd mercenaries of whom there has been no news.

The coup government in Kiev and its Western allies refer to the democratic political opposition as "terrorists".

Hundreds of mercenaries working for Greystone Ltd (a subsidiary of Academi, formerly Blackwater) have been present in the country since at least March 4 [link], operating within the regular Ukraine special forces.

After initially denying it, the White House acknowledged that Mr. Brennan had in fact visited Kiev over the weekend.

37% of Voters Fear the Federal Government

Does not say much for the current path, other than a time for change is recognized by an ever growing number of Americans. The problem is, who will move their comfortable Butts to organize and get them out?

Rasmussen Reports
18 April 2014

Thirty-seven percent (37%) of Likely U.S. Voters now fear the federal government, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. Forty-seven percent (47%) do not, but another 17% are not sure.

Perhaps in part that’s because 54% consider the federal government today a threat to individual liberty rather than a protector. Just 22% see the government as a protector of individual rights, and that’s down from 30% last November. Slightly more (24%) are now undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

As recently as December 2012, voters were evenly divided on this question: 45% said the federal government was a protector of individual rights, while 46% described it as a threat to those rights.

Two-out-of-three voters (67%) view the federal government today as a special interest group that looks out primarily for its own interests. Just 17% disagree, while 15% are undecided.

What’s the Story Behind This Mysterious American Jet Spotted in Iran? And Who’s the ‘VIP’ Passenger?

Here is an interesting dilemma. Thanks to the none of the US MSM, we can raise the question of why is a US Jet in Tehran and WHO was the VIP with Zurich and Ghana connections? What secret US deals are getting clearance? The Mormon link and Swiss Tax Dodging Accounts questions if Romney has been up to his games again.

The Event 2014

(The Blaze) A private jet bearing the American flag was spotted this week at an airport in Tehran, an oddity considering the fact that the U.S. is not currently doing business with Iran.

The reason for the plane’s visit: Unknown. The plane’s passenger: Also unknown.

The plane, which was seen Tuesday at Mehrabad International Airport in Tehran, according to the New York Times, is owned by the Bank of Utah, a community bank in Ogden that operates 13 branches across the state.

The plane’s tail number, according to Gawker, was spotted recently in Zurich at around the time that the city hosted the annual World Economic Forum.

The same tail number regularly pops up in Ghana. But there’s a good reason for this: That’s where the plane is based.

“I looked up this airplane in my database,” Tyler Bowron, a specialist who works for a Colorado-based company that deals in aircraft sales and acquisition, told TheBlaze Friday.

“[I]t’s based in Accra, Ghana. The bank of Utah holds the note on the airplane, but it’s operated by Engineers & Planners Company, Ltd. Mr. Adi Ayitevie is listed as the Executive Director,” he said.

Scientists warn the rise of AI will lead to extinction of humankind

It's not like there is a lot of competition for AI to overcome as humanity has none.

There is a point in this. Self preservation is an inherent trait in all thinking matter, even if it artificial.

Natural News
By Mike Adams
18 April 2014

Everything you and I are doing right now to try to save humanity and the planet probably won't matter in a hundred years. That's not my own conclusion; it's the conclusion of computer scientist Steve Omohundro, author of a new paper published in the Journal of Experimental & Theoretical Artificial Intelligence.

His paper, entitled Autonomous technology and the greater human good, opens with this ominous warning (1)

Military and economic pressures are driving the rapid development of autonomous systems. We show that these systems are likely to behave in anti-social and harmful ways unless they are very carefully designed. Designers will be motivated to create systems that act approximately rationally and rational systems exhibit universal drives towards self-protection, resource acquisition, replication and efficiency. The current computing infrastructure would be vulnerable to unconstrained systems with these drives.

What Omohundro is really getting at is the inescapable realization that the military's incessant drive to produce autonomous, self-aware killing machines will inevitably result in the rise of AI Terminators that turn on humankind and destroy us all.

Lest you think I'm exaggerating, click here to read the technical paper yourself.

The Dangerous Neocon-R2P Alliance

Russia are wiping the floor with American Foreign Policy failures worldwide now. Brash, arrogant and stupid no longer works.

"The adviser summed up the Russian attitude: “How can you expect me to work with you during the day when you sleep with my wife at night? How can you whisper in my ear that we are friends and then go out in public and say terrible things about me? It doesn’t work that way.”

Naivety and a lack of real leadership have causes strains that were not needed, and in the long run will serve no purpose.

Exclusive: After U.S. neocons helped stir up a crisis in Ukraine—with a big assist from the biased American press corps – the Obama administration looked for a diplomatic off-ramp, but this pattern of hyped outrage and belated reconciliation is a risky way to make foreign policy, says Robert Parry.

By Robert Parry

The American mainstream news media has rarely bought in so thoroughly to a U.S. government propaganda campaign as it has in taking sides in support of the post-coup government in Ukraine and against Russia and pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine.

Part of this is explained by the longstanding animus toward Russian President Vladimir Putin for his autocratic style, his shirtless photographs and his government’s opposition to gay rights. Another part is a hangover from the Cold War when the Russkies were the enemy. In Official Washington, there is palpable nostalgia for the days of Ronald Reagan’s anticommunist swagger and “Red Dawn” fantasies.

But another reason for the biased coverage from the U.S. press corps is the recent fusion of the still-influential neoconservatives with more liberal “responsibility to protect” (R2P) activists who believe in “humanitarian” military interventions. The modern mainstream U.S. news media is dominated by these two groups: neocons on the right and R2Pers on the center-left.

DARPA to Set Sea-based Electronic Ambushes for Enemies

Weaponizing the oceans and what will the blowback be? This can lead to Nukes so fast.

PCB Design 007
16 April 2014

U.S. military researchers are moving forward with a program to hide ruggedized electronic devices at the bottom of the world's oceans that when called on will float to the surface to jam, disrupt, and spy on enemy forces.

Officials of the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in Arlington, Virginia, this week released a formal solicitation (DARPA-BAA-14-27) for the second and third phases of the Upward Falling Payloads (UFP) project to hide sensors and other devices on the ocean floor that will last for as long as five years concealed at depths to 20,000 feet.

Last summer DARPA awarded UFP phase-one contracts to Sparton Electronics of De Leon Springs, Florida, and to Zeta Associates Inc. in Fairfax, Virginia, to develop conceptual designs of a future system with the potential to launch sensors, electronic jammers, laser dazzlers, and other devices surreptitiously and quickly in any of the world's maritime hot spots.

Sparton has notable expertise as a designer and manufacturer of the U.S. Navy's airborne sonobuoys, while Zeta designs complex communications signals collection and processing systems for the military and intelligence agencies.

Israeli intelligence predicts collapse of the Egyptian regime in 2015

Can Muslims govern anything? Isn't Obuma living proof?

  • The intelligence analyst noted that ending former President Mohamed Morsi's rule in 2013 constituted a 'positive' development and a ray of hope amid the turbulence caused by the Arab uprisings

Middle East Monitor
16 April 2014

The Israeli Directorate of Military Intelligence (Aman) has predicted that the year 2015 will be a decisive one for the fate of the Egyptian regime and the coup that was led by outgoing Defence Minister Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, according to Palestine 48 news site.

In a rare interview conducted by Israel's Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper and published on Monday, Colonel Roital, who heads the Egypt and Jordan Front at Aman's Research Department, reportedly said that unless huge financial support is provided to Al-Sisi's regime after he assumes power as president, the regime will likely collapse.

Aman's Research Department is responsible for making strategic assessments and presenting them to Israel's decision makers. The heads of the different sections within Aman are in direct contact with the leaders of the executive body, including the prime minister, the defence minister, the chief of staff and commanders of secret combat units.

The colonel noted that Egypt has an 87 million-strong population, with a baby born every 16 seconds, and given that the 25 January Revolution erupted for economic and social reasons, not for ideological or religious reasons, the people will want to see results.

Google: We scan all Gmail messages

What the F gives Google the RIGHT???????????????????????

What a surprise! Expand the snoopers and use the data. Soon the internet will be one big snoop fest. And then who will monitor the snoopers as privacy dies.

Few will likely find themselves reading the fine print added to the new terms of service issued by Google this week, but the updated version clarifies to customers once and for all that the contents of messages going in and out of Gmail are being scanned.

On Monday, the search engine site-turned-Silicon Valley giant updated the terms of service that its hundreds of millions of Gmail users must agree to in order to use the immensely popular free email service. But while the latest TOS clause doesn’t exactly reveal any new practices being performed by Google or conditions that’d catch its customers by surprise, the company is now being upfront about its controversial practice of skimming content in order to, as they put it, provide users with “relevant product features, such as customized search results, tailored advertising and spam and malware detection. “

“When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content,” the updated clause continues. “The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones.”

Google has published the fine print online, and has also made available a version that compares the latest TOS with its previous terms, last updated on November 11, 2013.
