Special Dinar Group Policy Test Initiative

Before approaching Reno to ask for consideration to help the groups we needed first to ascertain if a viable volume existed.

Sadly it has not been the case, it is way too small.

A new approach will be considered after we see a live market emerge.

The initiative was a Test Sample which concludes there is no viable case to proceed.

All information collected will be destroyed.

New "Hate Crime" Bill Will Attempt To Control Speech On Internet, Radio and TV

The beginning of the end of democracy.

Gov Web Bots To Scour Internet for Hate Speech: “Could Potentially Criminalize Thoughts and Expressions”

The Stassi SS move closer.

Not a step forward for privacy or freedom and should be of concern to all Americans.

By Mac Slavo
30 April 2014

With the capability to intercept every digital communication sent over the internet or telephone it’s no surprise that Big Brother is pushing to further expand its role in the lives of Americans.

Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) is proposing a new bill that would send government web bots across the internet looking for hate speech or material allegedly determined to be advocating or encouraging “violent acts.” Once identified, the Congressman wants reports to be disseminated to Congress so that they can monitor, control and potentially criminalize thoughts and expressions deemed by an unknown panel of government bureaucrats to be hateful.

US economy a house of cards

But a collapsing House of Cards!

Press TV
By Paul Craig Roberts
1 May 2014

The US economy is a house of cards. Every aspect of it is fraudulent, and the illusion of recovery is created with fraudulent statistics.

American capitalism itself is an illusion. All financial markets are rigged. Massive liquidity poured into financial markets by the Federal Reserve’s Quantitative Easing inflates stock and bond prices and drives interest rates, which are supposed to be a measure of the cost of capital, to zero or negative, with the implication that capital is so abundant that its cost is zero and can be had for free. Large enterprises, such as mega-banks and auto manufacturers, which go bankrupt are not permitted to fail. Instead, public debt and money creation are used to cover private losses and keep corporations “too big to fail” afloat at the expense not of shareholders but of people who do not own the shares of the corporations.

Profits are no longer a measure that social welfare is being served by capitalism’s efficient use of resources when profits are achieved by substituting cheaper foreign labor for domestic labor, with resultant decline in consumer purchasing power and rise in income and wealth inequality. In the 21st century, the era of jobs offshoring, the US has experienced an unprecedented explosion in income and wealth inequality. I have made reference to this hard evidence of the failure of capitalism to provide for the social welfare in the traditional economic sense in my book, The Failure of Laissez Faire Capitalism, and Thomas Piketty’s just published book, Capital in the 21st Century, has brought an alarming picture of reality to insouciant economists, such as Paul Krugman. As worrisome as Piketty’s picture is of inequality, I agree with Michael Hudson that the situation is worse than Piketty describes.

Capitalism has been transformed by powerful private interests whose control over governments, courts, and regulatory agencies has turned capitalism into a looting mechanism. Wall Street no longer performs any positive function. Wall Street is a looting mechanism, a deadweight loss to society. Wall Street makes profits by front-running trades with fast computers, by selling fraudulent financial instruments that it is betting against as investment grade securities, by leveraging equity to unprecedented heights, making bets that cannot be covered, and by rigging all commodity markets.

It's not Russia that's pushed Ukraine to the brink of war

Truth is coming out.

'The reality is that after two decades of Nato expansion, this crisis was triggered by the west's attempt to pull Ukraine decisively into its orbit … ' Illustration: Matt Kenyon

  • The attempt to lever Kiev into the western camp by ousting an elected leader made conflict certain. It could be a threat to us all

The Guardian
By Seumas Milne
30 April 2014

The threat of war in Ukraine is growing. As the unelected government in Kiev declares itself unable to control the rebellion in the country's east, John Kerry brands Russia a rogue state. The US and the European Union step up sanctions against the Kremlin, accusing it of destabilising Ukraine. The White House is reported to be set on a new cold war policy with the aim of turning Russia into a "pariah state".

That might be more explicable if what is going on in eastern Ukraine now were not the mirror image of what took place in Kiev a couple of months ago. Then, it was armed protesters in Maidan Square seizing government buildings and demanding a change of government and constitution. US and European leaders championed the "masked militants" and denounced the elected government for its crackdown, just as they now back the unelected government's use of force against rebels occupying police stations and town halls in cities such as Slavyansk and Donetsk.

"America is with you," Senator John McCain told demonstrators then, standing shoulder to shoulder with the leader of the far-right Svoboda party as the US ambassador haggled with the state department over who would make up the new Ukrainian government.

When the Ukrainian president was replaced by a US-selected administration, in an entirely unconstitutional takeover, politicians such as William Hague brazenly misled parliament about the legality of what had taken place: the imposition of a pro-western government on Russia's most neuralgic and politically divided neighbour.

Cameron, Putin discuss Ukraine situation over phone

Common sense Leaders talk.

Interesting that Putin is holding back on escalation by withholding possible sanctions on the west. So in a game of words and big boy toys why is that only one side seems to be agitating for confrontation?

It is almost like the west wants to rumble and Russia is saying we do not care to play, so you can play by yourself.

1 May 2014

LONDON, April 30 (Xinhua) -- British Prime Minister David Cameron on Wednesday made a phone call to Russian President Vladimir Putin, urging the implementation of the Geneva Accord on Ukraine.

Cameron underlined the importance of finding a means to de-escalate the situation ahead of Ukraine's presidential election on May 25, saying that the Geneva process remained "the best way of achieving this," a Downing Street spokesperson said following the phone call.

"The Prime Minister re-iterated our commitment both to the implementation of the Geneva Accord in partnership with the Ukrainian and Russian Governments, and to all Ukrainians in being able to participate in free and fair democratic elections," the spokesperson said.

The two leaders agreed that their governments should continue to work closely to find ways of de-escalating the current situation and helping restore stability in Ukraine.

Military Purge Continues As Another General Is Ousted From Pentagon

The purge continues. There is still too damned many of them.

Govt Slaves
By Greg Miller

The head of the Defense Intelligence Agency is being pushed out of the job after a series of clashes over his leadership at an agency that is under pressure to shift focus following more than a decade of war, current and former U.S. officials said.

Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn is expected to announce Wednesday that he is leaving his job as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency more than a year before he was scheduled to depart, according to officials who said that Flynn faced mounting pressure from Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr. and others in recent months.

The Pentagon did not immediately reply to a request for comment.

The move comes at a time when the DIA is in the midst of a series of major changes, including an effort by senior Pentagon officials to expand the agency’s network of spies overseas and work more closely with the CIA. Flynn, who served as a top intelligence adviser to Gen. Stanley McChrystal in Iraq and Afghanistan, arrived in July 2012 with an ambitious agenda to accelerate the agency’s transformation. But critics said his management style also sowed chaos, setting aggressive plans for changes without adequate follow-through.

Libya: Ex-US base now headquarters of Al Qaeda-linked forces

History repeats itself. American money spent on more failed bases now being used by rebel forces after departure.

By Gabriel Black
1 May 2014

Al Qaeda fighters are now operating out of a base set up by US Special Forces near the Libyan capital of Tripoli, in the aftermath of the 2011 NATO war in Libya. This fact, reported by the Daily Beast based on numerous local media reports and statements by US officials, underscores the reactionary character of the Libyan war and Washington’s continued reliance on far-right Islamist forces in its Middle East wars.

The base, known as “27” because it is 27 km from Tripoli, had recently been refurbished by a squad of US Green Berets. The US Special Forces team had begun its operation in the summer of 2012, nearly a year after the NATO war against Libya toppled Col. Muammar Gaddafi in an alliance with CIA-backed Islamist militias.

US Special Forces left the base at some unknown point in time, after two raids were carried out against it in the summer of 2013. During these raids, high-tech military equipment was taken. Now, less than a year later, the base is in the hands of jihadist militants.

China to conduct naval drills with Russia in East China Sea

In any fight China and Russia are as one force. Big!

Yahoo News
30 April 2014

BEIJING - China said on Wednesday it would conduct joint naval drills with Russia in the East China Sea off Shanghai in late May, in what it called a bid to deepen military cooperation.

China's defense ministry did not give an exact location in the East China Sea, where Beijing is locked in an increasingly bitter dispute with Japan over the ownership of a group of uninhabited islets.

"These drills are regular exercises held by China and Russia's navies, and the purpose is to deepen practical cooperation between the two militaries, to raise the ability to jointly deal with maritime security threats," the ministry said on its website.

It provided no other details.

China alarmed Japan, South Korea and the United States last year when it announced an air defense identification zone for the East China Sea, covering the islands.

Iran to buy 400 airliners if sanctions lifted - Tehran's top aviation official

This is a lot of 5 miles high club votes.

How can the aircraft industry say no? Iran just found new support, as in a non growth world demand often trumps politics. After all people prefer to work than starve, and fighting does not produce new business orders.

Barred by sanctions from buying Western airliners since the 1970s, Iran has pent-up demand for 400 new planes, Tehran's top aviation official was reported as saying, offering potential billions to manufacturers such as Airbus and Boeing.

Iran won limited relief from Western sanctions after agreeing to curtail its nuclear activities for six months under an interim accord with world powers which took effect in January.

A complete lifting of sanctions would require a comprehensive deal to end a decade-long stand-off over what Tehran maintains is a nuclear programme for peaceful energy purposes.

"Iranian airlines will be ready to buy 40 passenger planes every year for 10 years if sanctions are lifted," said Ali Reza Jahangirian, head of Iran's Civil Aviation Organisation, the Ettelaat newspaper reported on Thursday.

Do-Nothing Congress Works On Loopholes For GE, Apple, And Other Multinationals

Money, Money, Money.

The reality is that the US cannot afford such loopholes, as the deficit spending comes to an end.

Testosterone Pit
By Abigail Field
30 April 2014

On Tuesday, the House Ways and Means Committee sent a package of bills to the House floor that would cost American taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars over the next ten years by making permanent tax provisions multinational corporations use to avoid paying U.S. taxes.

“For all of the talk in Washington about getting our fiscal house in order, the Committee did not consider how to pay for these expensive tax breaks," said Dan Smith, U.S. PIRG Tax and Budget Advocate, "despite repeated attempts by Ranking Member Sandy Levin to raise the issue."

H.R. 4429 would re-enact the currently expired "active financing" provision, and make it permanent. This provision is known as the "GE" loophole, because General Electric not only prodigiously benefits from it, but also because the company has sent an army of lobbyists to ensure the provision, which expired last year, was re-enacted.

Putin gives green light to sale of S-400 missile system to China

Friendship just received new meaning and now China will be able to control its airspace without interference or challenge. Perhaps a part of the gas deal being done which Russia wants and needs, to be announced later this month. Even friends have desires from one another. And this weaponry renders any talk of a mounted challenge in the China sea, mute. Russia reaming them.

Want - China Times
29 April 2014

Russia's president, Vladimir Putin, has given a green light to sell the country's newest S-400 air defense guided missile system to China, which Russian media claim will give Beijing an edge in the airspace of the Taiwan Strait and over islands in the East China Sea at the center of a dispute with Japan, reports the military news website of Huanqiu.com, the Chinese-language website of China's Global Times.

Beijing has been interested in acquiring the guided missile system since 2011. Two years ago, Russia talked with several countries interested in buying the system but was forced to suspend negotiations in order to ensure its supply to the Russian military, the general manager of a Russian national defense export company told Russian newspaper Kommersant in January this year. Export sales of the system may not begin until 2016.

Talk of a potential deal with China drew concerns from Russian security officials who worried that it may not only affect the supply of the system to Russia's own military but also that China could back-engineer the technology to produce its own systems. The system's manufacturer Almaz-Antei has eased the former concerns by delivering the first batch of the system. Moscow also announced a plan in January to build three new plants for the contractor in order to build more air defense and anti-guided missile systems. An intellectual property rights agreement that China and Russia signed with regard to the arms trade has also come into effect.

Though in what volume China wishes to acquire the S-400 system is unclear, Kommersant's source said China wants enough systems to equip two to four battalions. The People's Liberation Army has already obtained an air defense guided missile system and another command system from Russian and deployed them in the defense of Beijing and Shanghai, according to the paper, which estimated that the country would be able to control the airspace over Taiwan and the disputed Diaoyutai islands (Diaoyu to China, Senkaku to Japan).

Ukrainian army ‘on full alert’, president admits east is beyond control

"There are indications that Kiev does not have enough loyal troops to deliver on its promised protest crackdown. On several occasions the troops sent against activists simply defected, surrendering their weapons and armored vehicles."

What do you expect to happen? The country existed as one under corrupt elected leadership. Now that America financed the overthrow of another elected government, you have a divided country where the divisions run deep and when the the army cannot stand as one, then the divisions will never be fixed by external involvement as it will only result in a guerrilla resistance that will go on forever, as it has in many other countries before. And no amount of IMF loans is going to stabilize a country in civil war.

Oddly, given America spent $5B to create this mess, the EU will spend many times more to ensure that the gas flows for many years as the country will continuously be a welfare state sucking on the tit of the EU. Seems like the match point goes to Russia which is quickly weaning itself off industry in the eastern Ukraine. Business and talented people will leave for Russia if they can while the rest just become poorer than they have been. And you can be sure tourism, one of the real sources of foreign capital, will evaporate, which will assist the criminal gangs in their rise to greater influence over everyday life. Another classic Agency lead F*up!

30 April 2014

The Ukrainian army is on full alert due to the “threat of a Russian invasion,” Ukraine’s acting President Aleksandr Turchinov said after admitting that the government in Kiev cannot control the situation in the east of the country.

“I am going back to the real threat that Russia would unleash a continental war against Ukraine. Our armed forces have been put on full alert,” Turchinov told Wednesday a council of heads of Ukrainian regions in Kiev, as news agencies report.

He called on the audience to speed up the creation of regional militias loyal to Kiev.

“We must have the capability to move those units fast to support other regions against such a threat,” he stressed.

Turchinov admitted that Kiev simply cannot get the situation in the rebellious eastern regions under control and reiterated earlier accusations, saying some people in law enforcement “are cooperating with terrorist organizations,” the name Kiev authorities use to refer to anti-government protesters who are seizing government buildings in eastern Ukraine.

“Our primary task is to prevent the spread of the terrorist threat to other regions of Ukraine,” he said.

In contradiction to the previous moves of the government, which included raids on protester checkpoints and other demonstrations of force, Turchinov said “as we know from the experience of Maidan, the use of force is inefficient. That’s the situation we faced in the eastern regions.”

Wisdom From Steve Jobs On The Coming System Reset

The reset needs to focus on the RETIREMENT OF DEBT because it all unsustainable now.

Zero Hedge
By Tyler Durden
30 April 2014

Submitted by Simon Black via Sovereign Man blog,

Steve Jobs used to tell a very inspiring story about an article he read in Scientific American when he was a boy:

He said that the article measured the ‘efficiency of locomotion’ of various species– essentially how many calories different animals spend getting from Point A to Point B.

The most efficient of all? Not human beings. Not by a long shot. It was the condor. The condor expended the least amount of energy per meter or kilometer traveled. Human beings were pretty far down the list.

But as Jobs recounts, the authors had the foresight to also test the efficiency of a human being on a bicycle. And this absolutely blew all the other species away.

Jobs later said that this was incredibly influential on his thinking because he realized that human beings were fundamentally tool creators. We take our situation, however grim or rudimentary, and we make it better.

The Fence Test

...and look to heaven.

There's a simplistic comparison below by Jeff Foxworthy that would be fun just to pass on and have a laugh at the expense of others. But being a man, I like to fix things. And being a man, my fixes sometimes make matters worse. Humbling. In humility, let's try to fix our sight on a higher perspective to approach an issue that divides us where we should be looking for ways to unite and work together.

We would do well to remember that the fundamental issues that divide pre-exist the Republican and Democratic parties. Granted, we have been conditioned to believe that the problems and solutions are political. If you were a politician willing to manipulate voters to gain personal power, wouldn't you want everyone to think that the other party creates the problems and your party has the solutions? The truth is there are responsible Democrats just as there are irresponsible Republicans. This is a bigger issue than the party politics that foment and exploit our differences.

Human nature will create enough problems without any help from government. Anyone that still thinks government can deliver a utopian solution has evidently elevated government to be their higher power. Did government create you? Does government create wealth? Did government create anything? I would rather reserve the place of higher power to the Highest Power. Yes, that's a matter of my personal belief system. What I see I believe in. I see God in nature as well as in the products of man's ingenuity. Another sees just trees and buildings and says, "So what."

"Belief in a Creator as the Highest Power provokes a peculiar way of thinking. When some basic need is lacking -- time, energy, money -- the follower of Christ is to consider himself blessed. Their very lack is an opportunity to latch onto the Creator/Savior in unashamed dependence. When genuinely humbled by our own lack, coming alongside others to meet their needs becomes much more appealing. When you begin your day with inadequate resources, you must concentrate your efforts on the present moment. This is where we are meant to live -- in the present; it is the place where He always awaits us. Awareness of our inadequacy is a rich blessing, training us to rely wholeheartedly on a loving God who has committed to meet all of our needs. The truth is that self-sufficiency is a myth perpetuated by pride and temporary success. Health and wealth can disappear instantly, as can life itself." -- Jesus Calling

James the brother of Jesus wrote, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways" (James 1:2-5).

James' teaching reaches much deeper than a quick quote and a glance can do justice. Double minded is a phrase likely coined by James. It refers to a soul condition of unbelief, a person with a split personality whose heart's loyalties are divided. That's a person who has not decided which god to give their love to. Doubt then is a vacillation between self-reliance and God-reliance. This person is not looking to God from a stance of faith, and for this person there is no promise that God will give wisdom.

Randy Alcorn described the false god of materialism in his book Managing God's Money. "God created us to love people and use things, but materialists love things and use people. Products are marketed to "consumers" without regard for the fact that they may become addicted, depressed, obese, or diseased -- taking years off their lives -- as a result of consuming those products. Materialism drives not just the "bad apples" of society; it drives "the best and the brightest," those from the finest homes and schools, those who become government and business leaders, physicians, and attorneys."

Conservatives, libertarians and liberals alike can be raised up to maturity and take responsibility for their own actions. We all need help, but not from a political system that exploits our deficiencies. We need personalized help from each other, where forgiveness and accountability are part of the equation. Burdens need to be shared because we see a need and have a free hand. If we don't do our part and reject the God of heaven, we land up with a big fat government robbing our purse and forcing our hand at gunpoint.

With this information at hand, let's try reading Jeff Foxworthy's piece in the light of understanding. Rather than reacting and pointing fingers or laughing at others expense, why not consider ourselves and ask which god we serve, and why. Then perhaps we can laugh together with humility.

You can't get any more accurate than this! This is straight forward country thinking.. by Jeff Foxworthy

Which side of the fence? If you ever wondered which side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test! If a Republican doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one. If a Democrat doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed. If a Republican is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat. If a Democrat is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone. If a Republican is homosexual, he quietly leads his life. If a Democrat is homosexual, he demands legislated respect. If a Republican is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation. If a Democrat is down-and-out he wonders who is going to take care of him. If a Republican doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels. A Democrat demands that those they don't like be shut down. If a Republican is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church. A Democrat non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced. If a Republican decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it. If a Democrat decides he needs health care, he demands that the rest of us pay for his. If a Republican reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh. A Democrat will delete it because he's "offended".

Well, I forwarded it.

Media Accused Of Hollywood Sex Ring Cover-up

Some of the alleged abuse reportedly occurred at the Paul Mitchell estate in Kailua, Hawaii, with Collins-Rector and others. “While there,” the suit says, “the Paul Mitchell estate contained firearms, drugs, and alcohol. As in California, there was frequent sexual contact by a number of adult males with teenage males and the providing of alcoholic beverages and drugs to the young males. On each occasion when Plaintiff was in Hawaii, he was required to interact with Defendant Singer while at the Paul Mitchell estate.”

Egan’s attorney is Jeff Herman, a nationally-recognized attorney for victims of sexual abuse whose previous targets have included the Roman Catholic Church. Subsequent lawsuits name producer Gary Goddard, TV executive Garth Ancier, and former Disney TV president David Neuman as alleged abusers.

“This is about grown men sexually abusing children,” he said.

The mother says she went to various law enforcements authorities, including the FBI, with the allegations; but nothing was done.

Now that the Singer lawsuit has been filed, some news organizations are reporting on what The Huffington Post calls “Bryan Singer’s Wild Hollywood World,” with a link to a BuzzFeed story about his penchant for “beautiful young men.”

New York City, New York – U. S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York’s Judge Martin Glenn, presiding over the simultaneous Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings of 51 residential mortgage companies, received a whistleblower filing package today from one of the creditors in this case, a private American citizen, Greg Morse.

The Internal Revenue Service and Securities Exchange Commission received the same package today. Among its contents is Morse’s whistleblower submission of IRS Form 211—Application for Award for Original Information, and SEC Form TCR—SEC Tip, Complaint or Referral, accompanied by voluminous supporting documentation. These federal agencies are mandated to investigate allegations of corruption and fraud.

The 51 bankrupt residential mortgage companies are directly or indirectly owned by Residential Capital, also known as ResCap.

Morse, a commissioned officer was honorably discharged from the U. S. Air Force and the U. S. Navy as an F-4 Phantom fighter pilot. He was one of the initial people who uncovered and successfully prosecuted a federal fraud case regarding the savings and loan debacle in the late 1980’s.
